You may reset your password online if you know the answer to your security question and have access to the e-mail account you provided when you established your User ID and password:
- Follow the link to the Forgot Your Password page.
- Enter your User ID and select Continue .
- Provide the answer to your security question and select Continue .
- Submit a new password and re-enter to confirm.
- Select Send Me the Password Reset E-mail .
A password verification will be sent to the e-mail address you provided within 24 hours of your request. (If you do not receive the e-mail within 24 hours, please Contact Us .) You must follow the link contained in the e-mail within 24 hours of receipt to verify your new password.
